Along with Grealish, Spurs have looked at two other Championship players – Norwich’s Max Aarons and Jarrod Bowen of Hull – while they have also cast their eye over Premier League trio David Brooks (Bournemouth), Sean Longstaff (Newcastle) and Harvey Barnes (Leicester). Tottenham are said to be preparing a 50million bid for Brooks, the Wales midfielder, who has impressed in the top flight since joining Bournemouth from Sheffield United last summer.Brooks is reportedly also wanted by Manchester United3

Longstaff and Barnes have also caught the eye since breaking into the Newcastle and Leicester teams respectively, with the latter being recalled from a loan spell at West Brom in January as he was ready for Premier League football.

Ziyech, 26, currently plays for Ajax and has been a long-term target of Tottenham’s.Spurs are expected to sell Victor Wanyama, Georges-Kevin Nkoudou and Vincent Janssen this summer, while Michel Vorm, the goalkeeper, and striker Fernando Llorente could leave the club when their contracts expire at the end of the season.
