Eden Hazard scored twice in what is set to be his final match for Chelsea

Hazard fittingly led the team to victory with two goals in Baku, in what could prove to be his final game for the London club amid claims he is set to join Real Madrid.

We both were so young, now he is a player where everybody in the world knows him and knows his class.If his decision is the best for him, I just wish him good luck because he deserves it.
